How does AIFinanceFlow protect my data under PIPEDA?

What are your pricing plans?
We offer four service tiers: Personal Flow (from $12 CAD/month), Family Flow (from $22 CAD/month), Freelancer Flow (from $28 CAD/month), and Small Business Flow (from $45 CAD/month). What is the difference between personal and small business plans?
Personal and Family Flow plans focus on household budgeting, shared expense tracking, and personal savings goals. Freelancer and Small Business Flow plans add business/personal stream separation, revenue and overhead categorisation, GST/HST expense grouping for review (not filing), and export formats suitable for bookkeeping. None of our plans include tax return preparation, payroll processing, audited financial statements, or investment portfolio management.
What does AI NOT do on your platform?
Our AI does not pick stocks, recommend crypto investments, generate trading signals, predict market movements, guarantee savings amounts, provide tax advice, prepare legal documents, repair credit scores, or settle debts. It categorises transactions, maps cash flows, surfaces spending patterns, and supports budget planning β€” all descriptive functions that require your human review and judgment before action.
What are my rights under provincial consumer protection law?
