These Terms of Service (« Terms ») govern your use of the website aifinanceflow.pro and the AI financial management services provided by AIFinanceFlow Technologies Inc. (« AIFinanceFlow », « we », « us », « our »), a federal corporation registered in Manitoba (Corporation # MR1234567, BN 823456789 RC0001). By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of services

AIFinanceFlow provides AI-assisted software and onboarding services for personal and small-business financial management in Canada. Our services include cash flow tracking and dashboards, expense categorisation, budget flow planning, recurring bill calendars, savings goal tracking, and report exports. Our services are designed to help you organise and understand your finances — they are not investment advisory, trading, tax preparation, or legal services.

The term « flow » in our branding and features refers exclusively to the movement of cash and budget allocations through your accounts — not passive income programmes, cryptocurrency yield schemes, forex trading flows, or multi-level marketing structures. We are not a registered investment dealer, portfolio manager, or financial planner under Canadian securities law (CIRO/CSA).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age and a resident of Canada to subscribe to our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current. Business accounts require authority to bind the business entity.

3. Account registration and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. Subscription and billing

Service plans are billed in Canadian dollars on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup. Indicative pricing ranges are displayed on our Services page; final pricing is confirmed at checkout. GST/HST (823456789 RT0001) is applied where applicable. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider — we do not store full credit card numbers. Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We comply with the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act and applicable provincial legislation regarding cancellation rights. Refunds are provided at our discretion for service failures attributable to AIFinanceFlow, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation initiated by the customer.

6. AI limitations and disclaimers

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to suggest expense categorisations, identify spending patterns, and generate descriptive insights. AI outputs may contain errors — including incorrect category assignments, missed transactions, or imprecise pattern descriptions. You must review all AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose, especially tax filing, legal proceedings, or business reporting. AIFinanceFlow makes no warranty regarding AI accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not provide: investment advice, trading signals, stock or cryptocurrency recommendations, guaranteed savings or return projections, tax filing services, credit repair guarantees, debt settlement services, or portfolio management. For investment decisions, consult a licensed professional registered in your province.

7. Financial services disclaimer

AIFinanceFlow provides AI-assisted tools for cash flow visibility, budgeting, and expense categorisation. We are not a registered investment dealer, portfolio manager, or financial planner in Canada. We do not offer trading services, investment recommendations, or guaranteed savings outcomes. Our services help organise and understand personal or small-business finances using AI-assisted tools. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or guarantees of savings, returns, or financial outcomes. AI-generated categorisations and insights may contain errors — review before acting. For investment decisions, consult a licensed professional registered in your province.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use our services for illegal purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer our software; upload malicious code; impersonate others; scrape our website without permission; use our platform to promote trading schemes, MLM programmes, or fraudulent financial products; or misrepresent your affiliation with AIFinanceFlow. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on aifinanceflow.pro are owned by AIFinanceFlow Technologies Inc. or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform for personal or internal business purposes during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Data and privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA. You retain ownership of your financial data. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy and with your consent. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within the timeframes specified in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Third-party services

Our platform may integrate with third-party account aggregation, payment, and email services. These integrations are governed by the third parties' terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions but will assist in resolving connectivity issues within our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIFinanceFlow Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from reliance on AI categorisations or insights. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIFinanceFlow Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or reliance on AI outputs without appropriate review.

14. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Manitoba. Manitoba residents may also pursue remedies under the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act.

15. Marketing communications

Marketing emails are sent only with your express consent under CASL. You may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional communications related to your account are not marketing messages and may continue regardless of marketing opt-out.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms with at least thirty days' notice for material changes, delivered via email or website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, cancel your subscription before the effective date.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

19. Data portability

Active subscribers and those within twelve months of cancellation may request CSV exports of transaction history and categorisation data. Exports exclude proprietary system metadata and AI model internals.

20. Brand interpretation — « flow » clause

« Flow » in AIFinanceFlow branding means cash and budget movement tracking for personal and small-business financial organisation. It does not refer to passive income programmes, cryptocurrency yield schemes, forex trading flows, or multi-level marketing structures. This interpretation is binding for service scope under these Terms.
